Conduct
• The Ntxuva worker should not accept additional work without the approval of the person in charge during the area.
• Ntxuva workers must always respect the customer.
• If the customer requests any change, the worker must inform him that he will consult the company and wait for a response.
• Any work done for the client must be documented in a technical sheet.
Management and employees are responsible for ensuring that this internal policy is complied with and must act in accordance with it. They must immediately report any suspected or known violations of standards or guidelines.
